The service was good. The hotel staff were very friendly even if we had a language barrier. (My fault of course not theirs). The bed was extremely comfortable I enjoyed it and the room was large. It was such a romantic room. The Wi-Fi is amazing and fast. The room had good noise cancellation. I only heard people if they were right outside my door but I couldn't hear anybody if they were in their room. I loved the layout of the room very cozy. Delivery always came to my door if I ordered from ******* so that was convenient.
The negative thing I could say was that if someone was smoking in the room below me it traveled upwards to my room. It was nasty smell. But the room smelled amazing when I first got there. It's only if other guests are smoking below the room is where it travels upward. I don't think that is something they can control so I didn't mind it much. It isn't close to the tourist areas so you either have to get a Didi or walk about 20 minutes.
Overall: I liked it and I would stay again.

The room was incredibly spacious, with two large bedrooms, one of which was a suite with an en suite bathroom. There was a mahjong table in the lobby, and there were shared bathrooms. The location was excellent, transportation was convenient, and the value was excellent.

The room smelled strongly of smoke, and the television was broken and unusable. After notifying the staff, they used air freshener. Noise disturbed guests' rest from 2 AM to 4 AM. The hotel's air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep with it on. It was incredibly stuffy and the air was terrible with no windows. I asked the staff, and they said it was just the way it was. Their attitude was terrible!
The most frustrating thing was that I woke up at 7:00 a.m. and there was no hot water, and the front desk number was unreachable!
