The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt. The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was quiet with a very comfortable central air conditioning system. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was served in a revolving restaurant.

The room size was adequate, and the facilities were standard. The breakfast was suitable and just right. It's very convenient for shopping, dining, and drinking nearby. My only two minor complaints are: first, I suggest putting two bottles of water in the mini-fridge and two more in the tea bar, so guests can choose as needed; second, the floor mat by the coffee table often clashes with the computer chair, which I recommend adjusting. I highly recommend this small, unpretentious restaurant near Jieyang Airport – the food is incredibly fresh with great 'wok hei' (wok breath/flavor)!

Very conveniently located. Right opposite a bus terminal. We boarded bus no. 18 from the Mei Zhou West station to this terminal. The hotel is right opposite the bus terminal. Across the street, you can also find a lot of shops. Just continue walking for about 10-15 minutes to reach the popular pedestrian street: JiaYing Old street. The nearest bus stand (not the bus terminal) which is less than five minutes walk diagonally opposite the hotel will allow you to catch the bus to the Hakka museum. It is worth going to the Hakka museum to have a in depth understanding about the Hakka clans in this part of the world. The other interesting place to visit is NanKou, Hakka villages where you can see Hakka Dragon houses or Wei Long Wu. Buses#9 and #24 travel to and fro Mei Jiang city and NanKou village. The hotel room is clean, sound-proof, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff are generally helpful except one whom we met during the day shift. She seemed to be reluctant to help us when we asked about the local attractions. And unlike the other hotels that we have been staying in, we were told that we will be charged 3 yuan for one extra bottle of water. But later they still gave us two extra bottles without any charges. Thank you.

I brought my mom here based on a travel blogger's recommendation. The blogger mentioned that the front desk helped with luggage upon arrival, but we didn't receive that service. The location is excellent; it's lovely to stroll along the river after dinner, and it's very convenient to get to the old town. We were given complimentary fruit. The cleanliness was just so-so, and some areas felt a bit dated. My main complaint is that the floors are thin, and the soundproofing from upstairs is poor. We unfortunately had children staying above us who were running barefoot at 11:30 PM, during naptime, and again at 6 AM. I reported it to the front desk staff, hoping they could speak to them, but instead of potentially offending the guests, they offered to move us to another room. I declined because I didn't want the hassle of packing and moving all our luggage. Unfortunately, the noise continued on the second night. This was quite bothersome to me.

This hotel is located right in the city center, which makes getting around and parking super convenient. The decor and amenities are great. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the service was very attentive. It was also really easy to grab a bite to eat on the first and second floors. If you're coming to Meizhou, this hotel is definitely a solid choice!

Didn't expect to find a 5.0 version of the Ji Hotel in Meizhou! The decor style is full of Eastern aesthetics, and the materials are more beautiful and environmentally friendly, which is great! Also, a big thank you to the front desk lady who recommended Jiangbei Old Street to us. Although the old street isn't very big, it's authentic and makes for great photos! My favorite and most trusted Ji Hotel is awesome!

The hotel service was also very thoughtful; the staff were warm and welcoming, handling check-ins and requests efficiently. The hotel lobby bar not only offered complimentary tea, allowing guests to hydrate and rest, but also provided small amenities free of charge for any unexpected needs.

The room was quite clean. We booked a room with two beds, which felt a little cramped, but otherwise we were very satisfied. I especially want to commend the receptionist; she was incredibly welcoming and introduced us to restaurants and tourist attractions. Worried we might get confused, she even wrote down a travel guide for us – such thoughtful service! Finally, a suggestion: when the cleaning ladies are cleaning the room in the morning, it's best not to make loud noise. I like to sleep in, and their talking woke me up. It was my first time in Meizhou. The meticulous service and friendly smiles of the hotel staff made me fall in love with this city. The hotel environment is very beautiful, especially suitable for bringing the elderly and children. We were also impressed by an electric car driver named Huamei, who was very friendly. I will stay here again next time I come. Pictures speak louder than words
