Although the hotel under brand of Parkroyal, this new resort definitely needs more time and effort to finetune things on site. We are checked-in easily but our room/balcony faces the main driveway of the Afamosa Resort Gate, a bit of disappointed in terms of view. The hotel designer did not address this eye-sore issue from start. The design and quality of the external building and interior design is average and not really of high quality, cannot compared to Parkroyal grade in Singapore. The pillows from the bed do have some smelly farty scent, not sure is due to what reason. The breakfast place is very cold due to the new air-con but full of flies buzzing around. Food runs out very fast, with very slow refill during extreme peak hours (holiday). But the overall breakfast buffet spread and swimming pools are great!

Parkroyal revives and brings excitement to this old A Famosa Resort. Otherwise no one dare to stay at this place if no Parkroyal here. Good hotel near Freeport Premium Outlet

This hotel is super relaxing and has a welcome drink for every guest. This hotel is really kid friendly, they provide a kid club and also a playground. Other than that, the swimming pool is huge and they design a kids friendly slide to play.
For adults who want to do gym , their equipment is just like an outside gym. Variety of choices compared to other hotels.
Room wise I choose deluxe king room and my room is last and quiet room. Walking to the lobby or swimming pool it's quit far.
Breakfast quiet variety of choices.
Dinner buffet just Abit normal but quiet worth onlyRM80 per person. If dinner can provide more meat choices will be better .

In overall, this hotel were very kids friendly and suitable for family gathering or leisure during school break or holidays.. We will surely come again to enjoy all the amenities with the loved one!

All the staff is friendly and attentive which makes us feel very welcome.. buffet dinner and breakfast variety is acceptable but i believe the beverage option could be abit more

a bit far from center, but good for family who require quiet place, because of low level of the hotel, pillow and bed a bit moist, for food not many choice but taste ok, kids swimming pool recommend, walking distance to safari wonderland, overall nice place to stay

A very nice stay experience with my family, they have a very nice pool and kids club to let the kids drain their energy.
Food was nice but there are too many houseflies around which is really irritating, the all day dining could have done better.
