Birkin International Hotel

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The stay was so-so - there is uncleaned hair at toilet drain upon check in, no convenience stores/anything nearby, check-in process no introduction on anything, very understaffed.

I booked this hotel thinking it is a 5* hotel but was disappointed cos the breakfast was not up to standard with few varieties of food, only thing good is they provide shuttle service to and fro to various places.

I booked a family room and arrived at the hotel around 5 PM, but was told I had to wait for my room. For some reason, I had to wait until 6:10 PM. This is unfair to us guests. It seems the room was hastily prepared, and the toiletries in the bathroom weren't changed. These things shouldn't happen in a 5-star hotel. However, the room was large, the bed and pillows were nice, the view was good, and the facilities were complete; my children had a great time. The service needs improvement.

Positives - shuttle bus driver Mr Ali; very friendly, knowledgeable and sincere in helping his guests - Level 7 kids club and playground - very big and child friendly Negatives - Security; no need to scan key card to use the elevator, ANYONE can walk in and press any floor they want to - Housekeeping; for a so-called 5 star hotel, i give you 2 stars. Upon entering the suite, the Balcony had dead insects and dried up leaves from the plotted plant not swept away; I requested for prayer mats and the housekeeper came with floor mats, and when i said i requested for prayer mats, she said i had written down floor; when my request was done verbally through the phone with the operator! - Toilet door lock has a design flaw which makes it difficult to lock and unlock; the hook doesn’t sit into the door frame correctly - No shower niche or shelves to place toiletries in the shower; one has to put it on the floor or open the glass door to reach for the toiletries on the vanity - Breakfast buffet; food was okay, but not enough local fare. Your national drink is Teh Tarik but it was not available. Another guest requested for it but was told they will be charged separately for it. Do not name yourself after a luxury brand if your standard is mediocre . It is very misleading to people and disappointing that a hotel less than a year old and brands itself as 5-star has to iron out so many issues.

Stayed over the weekend and we were surprised by how big the outdoor and indoor playground. Good size for our toddler to be running around. Definitely a good place to stay for family with little kids! Also, there’s a washing bay by the sandpit, well thought of!

Had a wonderful family stay at Birkin International Hotel. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a great Kids Club, playground, and swimming pool that kept the children entertained throughout our stay. It’s also conveniently located near Klebang Beach, making it easy to enjoy the seaside. In the evenings, there are plenty of street food options nearby, which was a bonus. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families, and we would definitely return.

Brought my parents to relax over the weekend, we had 2 bedrooms and can sleep comfortably. Nice hotel and good service.
