My husband and I were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary . We had a very good time, the staff is very friendly the location is perfect . We had a very good dinner. We were treated with free Cheese cake and candle etc when our server learned that we were celebrating our anniversary, Breakfast could be better because the egg and sausage were cold Great place! we will go back.

The hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

Gift from our kids, and tremendous! Two nights, with live bands from excellent to very good. Lots of energy, and volume until 9 PM. We ate at their Longborders restaurant on the ocean because we were tired that first night, And it knocked our socks off! Delicious Ahi tuna poke bowl so good that we went back and ordered it again the next night. The seafood chowder was superb! Ordered it again the next night! Large seasoned shrimp excellent. Rumrunners could not have been better! We will be back!

Great hotel in a lovely beachfront location. Our IHG diamond elite status was recognised and our room was upgraded to a one bedroom sea view suite with balcony and kitchen - the room was very spacious and had the best views of the ocean from the fourth floor. We requested late check out as we had an afternoon flight at Melbourne and Joe at the reception was very helpful, we did not have to ask for our room keys to be reactivated after the usual check out time, other hotels just don’t seem to get this right but Joe said he would sort it and he did. One big downside was that self parking was not available (which we knew before we travelled). However, the valet service was efficient and friendly. Was not sure if we had to tip every time the valet brought the car so that put us off going out and about more. The breakfast options were plentiful and the buffet delicious. Could do with a little more air conditioning in the inside restaurant. The outside restaurant has a great layout and great views of the ocean and although the menu was a little limited, the food was delicious, the hummus appetiser and chicken quesadilla were very tasty and large portions. The sea was lovely and warm for swimming and although there was a charge for loungers and umbrellas they were well situated and good quality. The pool area was clean and quiet during our trip and the water was a nice temperature. Had we known how nice the hotel was going to be, we would have chosen to stay longer.

Excellent location. Room was clean and served it's purpose however, the laminate floors are noisy (not glued/tacked down), there was a safety hazard in our room that could've posed an injury for other guests, and the valet parking was a hot mess! We did come on a holiday, but it seemed like the valet staff was incredibly overwhelmed....and :30 is unacceptable to get your vehicle.

Very Nice , outside bar is amazing , and Casey my bartender makes a perfect old fashioned mmm mmm good , I live here and have been coming here for years , absolutely the best place on the beach... Highly recommend!!!!!! And don't forget Casey a beautiful soul who makes outstanding drinks

The staff there is amazing! Brendan, Charlie, Emma, Alex and the new trainee Benjamin was excellent! I will definitely be back there. They have some really good bands too. Food was good and the beers were cold. What more can you ask for? Beautiful views of the ocean!
