The housekeeping Lady Mary was so kind and nice to talk with. Overall a nice stay and the location is definitely one of the best in CBD area. Close to Collins where you can shop and one Canele place called Kudo.

Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean.

Location is good, close to QV, Chinatown and supermarket. We paid to upgrade to suite which is good, all staffs are nice and helpful.

The hotel is very good, right in the city, outside is the CBD, close to the subway, parks, etc., the breakfast is delicious. The price in the city is also very conscience, anyway, it's very good

Although the hotel is a bit old, the overall experience is good and the room is quite spacious. There is enough hot water for washing and the water pressure is high. Although the breakfast is not rich, it has a complete range of items and the coffee is good. The location of the hotel is very good, close to China Town and convenient to go everywhere.

This trip to Melbourne was based on my trust in Marriott, so I chose Marriott without hesitation. The result was...disappointing 1] The room I was given was on the 8th floor, with a wall facing the window, and there was a sound of electric drills outside the window. I applied for a room change, but I was moved to the next room next door. No difference...still noisy...either they were too stupid or just perfunctory. In the end, I didn't get the room changed. 2) Facilities: The carpet was dirty, the swimming pool was just a soaking pool, opened on the top of the podium on the 1st floor, and a simple tent was set up. The pool was visually 7 meters long and 4 meters wide... The gym was 20 square meters and had a treadmill...Shocked 3) Ctrip reservations cannot earn Marriott membership points; Overall: The service was very slack, the facilities were 3 stars, and the meals were very perfunctory. The breakfast was pitiful🥺... I stayed in a fake Marriott, the experience was too bad, and I will never go there again.

Very close to Chinatown, convenient for eating and shopping, average breakfast, and ok room, Marriott's usual style.

The room doesn't work. Clearly old. It took three calls for the safe before someone came.

The hygiene is average. The room is not big but the location is great. There are many restaurants next to the hotel.
