This is probably one of the most affordable Park Hyatt Hotel in the world. Elegant & classic design. Love it. The room access card was faulty & on a few occasions l had to replace it at the front desk. That was quite annoying after a long day out. The food service at the lobby lounge was terribly slow. It took more than 30 minutes for my food to arrive.

This is an incredibly luxurious hotel in a great location. The king room with a view was so spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful, including a shower and spa bath with tv. Perfect for special occasions.

Very happy with Park Hyatt Melbourne, the service was excellent, and it feels very clean. The decoration is classic, and the size of the room is most comfortable. Amenities are ample, good quality. The day spa is worth every cent. Will return.

There is a protruding stainless steel plate on the door of the room. My pants were scratched. I asked the hotel to fix it. The hotel said that they can't find the same color to repair it. They also don't agree to other compensation methods. Attached is a photo of the door.

The price-performance ratio is really too high. The room is super big, and there is the tallest church outside. It is the best price-performance ratio among all Park Hyatt hotels, and it is a foreign hotel. It is amazing. There is also a dog guarding the door, which is very friendly. Thumbs up! !

It can be called the worst Park Hyatt in Asia Pacific. It does not take Asian guests seriously, involves racial discrimination, has glass on the floor of the room, does not take guest safety seriously, and disrespects guests throughout the entire process. After switching rooms, the room was still infested with insects. Park Hyatt, the worst hotel in Asia-Pacific, is already preparing to lodge further complaints to the Hyatt Group and to the relevant Australian tourism authorities. Shame on Asia Pacific Park Hyatt!

The room is large, clean and well maintained. But check-in at the front desk is a bit slow and you have to wait. If you arrive early, you won't be able to check in until around 3 o'clock, so the price/performance ratio is still good.

The hotel feels older and has a lower floor, but it is very large and the small hot spring in the swimming pool is very comfortable. Very suitable for bringing the elderly and children. Close to the city, suitable for walking. There are not many types of breakfast, which is a bit inferior compared to domestic ones, but overall it's good. The hygiene is very good, and the mini bar is also very rich.
