Room was large and had all the facilities. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper as the outside noise is quite loud. Very convenient location and value for money

Next time I have a conference to attend nearby, I will ask for a room that is not directly facing William St. The trams are a noise I am not used to and kept me awake. My room was clean and comfortable. The 2 staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and able to assist with any questions I had.

The apartment is in a good location however, we experienced a number of issues with the room and the services. The bed in the room had collapsed on both foot ends of the bed with metal protruding (reported to staff), very uncomfortable to the point where the use of the couch was considered and the bedding was not fit for purpose , the toilet would not stop running reported to staff who attended and advised there was no other rooms available and instructed a way for me as the customer to fix which included removing cistern lid and making adjustments (not appropriate as a guest), there is not fan in the bathroom also reported to staff who advised there is a silent fan. There is no fan in the bathroom resulting in a soggy sauna effect. There was just a vent where the old fan was situated, the gym depicted on the website does not depict the attic room or broom closet on the 14th floor with little equipment and no windows, delivered fast food bags sat outside rooms for three days, the dishwasher had no instructions and was not properly installed or balanced (reported and the cleaners turned on) and no coffee machine in room. Very disappointed poor experience for Quest would not recommend.

Stayed at Quest for a footy weekend with a friend - got a 2 bed apt. Great layout, cleanliness and service. Bed very comfortable and nicely presented.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was only a short walk to the Melbourne Convention Centre with plenty of cafe options on the way. Rooms were a great size and very comfortable.

It was very close to everything, right in the CBD, we had booked a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed but it was definitely more of a double bed so we found sleeping was pretty uncomfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious, just outdated.
