The location of hotel is easy to find - I took SkyBus from the airport. It took me 5 minutes after arriving southern cross station. The room was huge and clean. It’s spacious! There are gym and a swimming pool available too. The only thing that bothers me was the neighborhood especially at night. There were drunkies outside the hotel who made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable as a solo traveller.

Room was clean and comfortable. Early check in was given but it was a first floor room. We were tired from our flight hence we took it. Good location and close to everything. Service could have been better.

The location is very good and close to the southern cross train station. The concierge is very polite & helpful. The restaurant at 25/F offers good food and good service.

Amazing experience through a week stay in Hyatt Centric Melbourne. The hotel is located in CBD and easy access to anywhere in CBD but also to South Melbourne.

Great location for exploring around. Mostly friendly staff. On check out day one of male staff was not very friendly. TV casting was not working in my room. Requested for service and service technician does not have any idea what to do. No offence but he was aged man and not familiar with tech.

Convenient location and staff are really good. Even gave us a microwave when we asked for dinner to be heated up. Pool and gym was nice!

the room had only one pair of slippers, waited for half an hour for the "extra" pair to come. next day, all used slippers were taken away without any replacement. one drinking glass and a bathrobe waist strap went missing after room making.
