I Never been treated this bad by hotel workers before, I was so disappointed and angry after everytime that I spoke to them, otherwise the place was great! But hotel could be the best of the best but the service that the workers do drag down my experience to the lowest!

Oczarowuje już od samego wejścia. Trzy baseny. Przestronne pokoje, nasz z balkonem i widokiem na kościół. Do tego w recepcji Franzine, rouszelle, estrr z którą można było swobodnie porozmawiać

We stayed in Pergola for 1 week and it was amazing! Very clean and in a great location. We used the Spa facilities which were also excellent. All staff were very polite and courteous especially Rouselle and Myrthr. They also answered any questions we had, very understanding, calm, with excellent customer satisfaction skills. Breakfast in bonaventura has huge range of foods. We would also like to thank Doreen and all the staff in the restaurant, very friendly to us. We are in Malta on a regular basis and this is now our go to hotel. Thank you

My husband and I stayed in Pergola Hotel and Spa and this hotel is exemplary! From the hospitality of all staff, to the amenities, infinity pool and indoor pool gym, sauna and restaurant. A very special mention goes to Rouselle and Mythre, from the day we arrived they were very helpful and were extremely friendly and attentive towards our needs and request. We would also like to thank Francin who assisted us during our last day. We will definitely be back!

Ottimo Hotel, servizio impeccabile, personale gentile e molto professionale, ottima spa con piscine molto belle. Camera pulita e bagno confortevole. Ristorante molto buono con la scelta di varie pietanze. Hotel molto pulito,al centro della città, vicinissimo alla via commerciale inoltre da Ciccio ottima pizzeria.

This Hotel is such good value for money, especially as the views of Mellieha are lovely. Our room had a see view which we loved. The local beaches, like everywhere else in Malta are so clean and the water is very clear. They are accessible by a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff are friendly, which seems to be a Maltese trait. There are three choices of restaurant to choose from and several outdoor and a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi to use whichwere all included. Highly recommended. If we go back to Malta it will be to this hotel.
