Ok first off, this is not what I expect for a 4 * hotel, as you walk in the paint on the outside of the building needs freshening up. Reception is good, all inclusive plus check in good, but paying for those extras we thought we would get more. Room- we paid for a sea view with terrace, room clean but very tired, corridor to room very tired, in desperate need of freshening up, very basic for 4*, sun loungers just cheap, outdoor chairs, cheap plastic. Speaking of plastic, all drinks outside of all inclusive plus areas, served from a plastic cup, to adults, that's your beer, wine or whatever. We used all inclusive plus, but our friends who we met couldn't even get a decent drink in a glass unless it was in the restaurant or paid for. Adults paying thousands on a holiday, to drink out of a plastic cup, It needs changing, I don't know if they are looking to improve stars, but they are more llike 3 * to start with so they are nowhere near 5 star. Plastic cups are awful. The sun loungers could have at least been better around the adult pool. All food ok, Salia was very nice and needs no supplement on the all inclusive plus. All inclusive plus is supposed to make it the 5 * experience, well, we would have been happier if everyone had one excellent all inclusive level, as you can't take all inclusive friends you meet in the all inclusive plus with you. Nice all inclusive lounge but again those cheap sunloungers, you know the plastic white with blue, that you usually see at 2-3 star hotels. Bottles of wine in all inclusive plus good, but it should already come with a premium room, instead you have to pay extra, and the room and furniture tired look, hallway like a cruise ship bit tired so makes it like jail cells. Not much nearby but yhe beach, the wonderful sea. There is a beach bar Starbucks and restaurants, but not much else, but buses outside to everywhere. Overall ok, not good enough. Entertainment bit naff, mostly for kids, but there are a lot of kids around
