**PRO:** The hotel is located in a nice but very quiet area in the northwest of Malta. Very quiet also means that there are hardly any shops or supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel consists of three towers, and we stayed in the Sunset Tower. The view with a sea view is beautiful, offering a wide vista of the sea and cliffs. The entire pool area is very large, beautiful, and clean, with different areas such as adults-only and a separate children's section. The spa and indoor pool are beautifully designed, clean, and spacious! The breakfast area is also very nice, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. There´s also a small grocery store in the basement of the hotel, but prices are quite expensive. **CONTRA:** The rooms in the Sunset Tower are unfortunately very outdated! The doors to the balcony no longer close properly, the carpet is very old (and not really hygienic for us), and the furniture and the rest of the decor are quite dated. The service was partly very poor, especially the room cleaning. For example, the old dishes from the previous day were not taken away, nor were the glasses on the nightstand cleared. The carpet was not vacuumed for the first three days, among other issues. After a complaint, it got slightly better, but there is still much room for improvement, especially for a 5-star hotel - this service was at most 1 or 2 stars. The beds are too small for a 5* suite! One would expect at least 200 cm in width! Unfortunately, I did not feel recognized as a Radisson Reward (by Amex Platinum) member during check-in, check-out, or at any other time. Requests for an upgrade went unanswered and were quickly dismissed on-site. The reception desk at check-in and check-out was mostly staffed by trainees, and the membership check-in desk was not open or staffed.
