Had another great time at Palm Beach. A real luxury at this time of year and for us a home from home. Everything is always as expected. A relaxed, friendly and professional experience from start to finish. A short distance to the promenade and dunes with Hotels along the promenade as well as shops, restaurants and cafe's. Something for everyone and apart from a morning walk we prefer the sanctuary of the Hotel away from the crowds. The Hotel itself provides luxury facilities as you would expect from a 5 star Hotel including the spa and 3 good size swimming pools and a jacuzzi. An ever present hands on approach from senior management and Hotel Directors who lead by example which filters down throughout the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact upon our departure at the airport we bumped into Nicole Schaffers who helped us negotiate an automated security gate. Now that is service!!

Relaxing week in the sun. Hotel not at capacity so no waiting for tables in the restaurant. No issue getting a sun lounger in the morning. Food fantastic especially on the BBQ nights. Service was top notch with all staff very polite and helpful. Hotel very clean. Any complaints are so minor that they are not worth mentioning and certainly didn’t detract from our experience.

We stayed at the Seaside Palm Beach at the end of October, and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is great – the 70s theme is very cool, especially the vibe and décor of the formal bar. Would highly recommend going All Inclusive – we got really good value out of it. Our favourite part of the day was lunch at the pool bar, where the food was excellent! The premium drinks package was also above expectations, with Taittinger champagne on offer. The breakfast and dinner buffets are top quality, and the two à la carte restaurants are well worth a visit – especially since one visit to each is included in the All Inclusive. Lastly, it’s hard to argue with the location. The sand dunes national park next door adds to the tranquillity, and there’s a fantastic one-mile promenade walk along the clifftop to the next beach resort. If you can get a beach-view room, the sunrises are spectacular. Overall, a strong recommend!

So this was my fourth stay at the Seaside Palm Beach, and it gets better and better every time. I love the fact that many of the staff members continue working there. And when they recognise you - well thats the best. I adore the suites, and both sides of the hotel have equally great views. Sea and sand-dunes on one side, and the stunning garden and pool on the other side. I also prefere the beige/brown designed rooms, however, thats just a matter of taste. The main restaurant is great and the African bar is perfect for lunch. I have always puchased halfboard, and this last time I did the all inclusive which came at a great price. I cant wait to go back.

The staff, food and facilities are excellent and I cannot fault them, so much so that me and the wife booked another stay in the last few days while we there. The hotel is in a prime location if you want a day at the beach instead, there are enough shops too 'mooch around in' and restaurants including a Cafe del Mar. Additionally, there is a gym to use included in the price of your stay and no extra charge for using air con in your room or the WiFi. Staff went above and beyond to assist with my wife's Coeliac Disease by providing a chef prepared dessert plate (see example) and there is enough options to please most people. At only one point was food mislabelled at breakfast - the Greek and Coconut yoghurt - which I mentioned and was immediately corrected.

For a first visit the experience was outstanding. The location near the beach is impressive. From the pool staff to the front desk, grounds crew, maintenance, and restaurant teams, there were no bad moments and largely happy faces working hard for their guests. The hosts and servers at breakfast I think have the hardest job but do it very well. Kudos to the pool staff and grounds/maintenance crew for their hard work, especially Javier-well done and impressive work. The pool servers also were attentive and for this hotel I believe the good workers are made possible by the professional management team who was always checking in with them to make sure the had what they needed and things were working well. I travel a lot for work and to explore, and find this property to be one of the top managed and prepared places for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting in my experience. Hoping to visit again. Other properties should take notice as to how they do things here.
