Great location, bus from airport located nearby. Quiet yet near to citta and short walk to yumbo. Great staff,nothing any bother to them. Really clean and comfortable bed. Plenty of room to sunbath near the pool. Have stayed many times and met other people there.

Même si j'ai séjourné dans cet appart'hôtel à un moment où les tarifs étaient plus "bas", je peux dire qu'il est beaucoup trop cher pour le niveau de prestations incluses à tout moment. Il n'y a ni bar ni restaurant et la piscine n'est qu'une pataugeoire pour enfants car manquant de profondeur. Par ailleurs, l'isolation sonore est inexistante : vous pouvez presque suivre la conversation de vos voisins s'ils ne sont pas discrets. Franchement, les tarifs sont à revoir à la baisse. Il y a un *** resort pas loin avec un niveau de service supérieur pour moins cher.

It was my another stay in this hotel and was very good. It was clean and quiet relaxing atmosphere without loud music and parties. Now hotel has jacuzzi and sauna. Not sure if sauna working or maybe I didn't know how to switch on -- it would be nice use at evening. Bed is comfortable, location amazing: close the beach, shop, Yumbo center all in walking distance. Hotel is clothing optional. I don't understand some negative comments which some of them sounds like drama Queen.🤦 I recommend this hotel.

Second visit to this super resort famed for it's quietness compared to similar resorts near centre. Unfortunately 12 days out of our two week stay was spent on/off alongside builders installing a jacuzzi with associated noise, and dust. Not a word of warning about this. People understand to improve facilities building often needs to happen, but surely a basic courtesy would have been to warn visitors about such this significant event. At 1700 euros this wasn't the best time. So disappointed.

4th time staying here because it is just so lovely! The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern decor and air conditioned. 3rd and 2nd floors have a decent balcony and the 1st floor rooms are poolside. It’s small, personal and quiet. The new jacuzzi is a great addition … Staff friendly and helpful. I’ll continue to come back … see you next time

A week getaway to Gran Canaria. The experience at the hotel was great. Pool area with nude bathing (although the privacy could be a bit better) and jacuzzi. The apartment was well equipped, kitchenette, coffee maker, wifi, and complimentary breakfast. No complaints, all great. The best part was the staff, especially Alejandro (10 our of 10), who always had a hello, a smile on his face, and their to help with any question. Thanks Alejandro for making our stay great!

Je suis venu pour la deuxième fois pour 5 nuits, À 788 euros le séjour, je suis tres mécontent de ne pas avoir été informé des travaux dans l hôtel, tous les jours y compris le dimanche et ce, dès 8h du matin. Impossibilité de profiter de la terrasse ou même de la piscine. J’ai contacté l’hôtelier par mail, on m’a promis une réponse dans la semaine, ça fait un mois et personne n’a pris la peine de me recontacter. J’ai pourtant été plutôt conciliant dans mon mail. Je ne laisse donc pas passer ce manque total de professionnalisme et de respect.

El sitio tranquilo y super limpio he ido varias veces y siempre salgo con la misma sensación. ALEJANDRO super atento y siempre deja la habitación espectacular, muy limpia y es muy agradable. Lo recomiendo mucho para relajarte y desconectar
