The location of the hotel is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to eat. The service was average. After staying for a week, the room alarm went off three times, but nothing special happened.

Chain hotel, excellent service! It is a resort with a large scale and a sunny roof in the lobby, which feels good. But it is far away from the downtown area and quiet.

I drove six hours with the friends and family from the Washington DC area to this hotel. I chose these accommodations as we were playing Bethpage Black Golf Course over the weekend. This was by far one of the most disappointing Marriott stays I have had. The check-in was pleasant and I was happy to see that they had a restaurant; however, the service was nonexistent. A few things: - We had to seat ourselves. - No one was accountable for our table. - We had to go to the bar on several occasions: to get water for the table, to ask for someone to take our order, and get sides that were supposed to come with our meals. - No one checked on us the whole time. - We had to go back to the bar to ask for our receipts; one of which was wrong. - There was also a large party of about 20 that had a corner of the restaurant. This made it very difficult to hear at our table. - There were four unattended young children running around the entire restaurant. It was unacceptable. The food was satisfactory, but I will neither stay nor dine here again. Beware - bring your earplugs as the noise from the reception area carries.

This hotel is amazing. AJ was especially exceptional in his service at the restaurant. I truly had an amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come again when in the area. The hotel is accommodating and absolutely beautiful!

CJ was an excellent waiter, he was courteous and friendly. He listened intently to my request and food needs, he also had various recommendations. Although the restaurant was quite busy, he found the time to support me. Being knowledgeable within your craft is imperative for people to trust your judgement.

Came for a conference. The salmon Cesar salad was delicious! 10/10 almost got it two nights in a row. BUT THE STAR of lunch was Nicole. She was kind, and inviting. She was very attentive and took great care of us!
