We had very nice service from the staff at the hotel, and the breakfast was good. We appreciated the use of the lobby for our group to visit. However, all sofas, chairs and carpets that we encountered throughout the hotel were very stained, and we encountered a HUGE cockroach in the lobby. Also, the pool was closed, despite it being a day where it was over 80 degrees outside. We chose the hotel in part to be able to use the pool, which was disappointing. The location is very close to Graceland, if that's your destination, but the whole package is not worth the near $200 we had to pay.

Wow! It’s worth staying here just for the staff. Incredibly helpful and very friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a shuttle right now so you call them when you fly in and they call you a Lyft. They’ll also book you one to get back to the airport — no additional charge!
Check in was a breeze and room was basic but comfortable. Great big pillows!
You do hear some planes taking off during the night but it’s not too distracting. I thought they would quit before midnight but forgot that Memphis is the home of FedEx so there are a lot of cargo planes taking off late at night/early morning.
Breakfast was really good (sausage, egg white or egg and cheese omelettes, really good biscuits, pancakes) and one of the staffers even brought me a napkin, cleared away plates. It was the tidiest breakfast bar I’ve seen in a hotel. You can tell they work hard at it.
It’s a 4 min drive/16 min walk to Graceland from the hotel.

The check in was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We asked opinion of how to get downtown. They offered suggestions and helped us get there. It was a filling breakfast. I was very pleased with our stay
