Room did not have ample lighting. Annoying that entry access on ‘Ground’ floor did not work with key card (even though it was set up to do so). Only one small elevator that often resulted in a long wait. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and adequate for our needs. Proximity to Beale Street is great if that’s what you’re there for, although sadly downtown Memphis isn’t looking its best these days.

Great location, clean, first floor had like 20 foot ceilings and huge windows and privacy & blackout blinds/curtains. Comfy bed and pillows. Rocky at the bar is the man, he does a great job making you feel welcomed and taken care of—makes some great cocktails as well!

We loved this hotel, which has a good location to Beale Street, and the Peabody Hotel and other restaurants and attractions. There was a little confusion with our reservation because the hotel had recently changed from a Choice Hotel. Once that was fixed, there were no other issues. The front desk folks were super friendly and helpful and we were greeted in the evening by Security. Self parking is right door in a garage with reasonable rates. Rooms were nice and clean with beautiful, large picture windows and we overlooked the street, but not too noisy. Bed and linens were comfy. We ate all our meals at places in the area.

The girl tel rooms were so clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rocky who kept us entertained and made us feel welcome. The hotel was central to many sites which we were able to go within walking distance. Amazing place to stay and would certainly come again. Thank you for looking after our first time in America.

Lovely hotel. fully updated. Very quiet room (2nd floor, near elevator). The beds were super comfortable both for the stomach sleepers in the group (me) and the "back" sleepers. Everyone awoke refreshed and ready for the day. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in, Sai, was very helpful with who, what, where, when things were happening. I'm an early riser, so went downstairs to ask about any cafe nearby that was open early...and lo and behold! The concierge, Rocky, was just walking in and he, lovely man that he is, opened the cafe for me! GREAT coffee and even better conversation! He started to get busy, so I took my coffee and muffin and went off to eat, but Rocky positively made my day! btw, the muffins were from a local bakery and still warm from delivery!

Ever cheerful, very helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good location for restaurants, Beale St., and the Orpheum Theatre. Rocky is an incredible Concierge. Sai & Monty were great when we checked in. (More typing to get to 200 characters..)

The staff were so friendly and the STAR was Rocky the Director of Guest Services and Chief Concierge BUT he prefers the Director of a Good Time and ‘doing whatever is needed’! Rocky served us breakfast and coffees every morning, gave us insider tips on the music scene, where to eat, how to get there and what to order. Thanks Rocky and your team - you made our Memphis memories!
