One of the coolest experiences ever! Jeffery was super helpful and made sure we made it to our room and told us about the hotel. We will be back! The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and made for a wonderful night in Memphis. I will recommend this to anyone.

The staff were all so very friendly. The room was wonderfully decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The jetted tub was relaxing! I took advantage of the spa and got a massage. Was lovely. Only item that knocked it down on my end was the bed was not very comfortable... but that is my personal experience, others may find it just perfect.

Jeffrey brought our luggage to our room, gave us a tour of the room, pointing out all of the features, and then filled our ice bucket. So nice and helpful. Our room had a great balcony with rocking chairs and a table and chairs overlooking the Bass Pro Store.

This property is gorgeous. We loved the accommodations and would definitely stay again. However, be sure to call and speak to the actual hotel before your stay regarding facility hours. Due to incorrect website hours, and information provided but the hotel virtual assistant that texts guests for help throughout the stay, we were limited on being able to fully enjoy everything because we found out everything closed at 8pm for the winter. Had we known, we would have been able to plan better.

This is not a positive review, sad to say. And why is that? I am 80 and handicapped. This was a bucket list vacation for my birthday. We asked for an ADA room in advance. Their idea of an ADA room is not funny. It wasn't until I looked through the posted photos prior to this review that the problem of " why" hit me in the face. Their idea of an ADA room was to lower everything. I don't know about you but I have trouble getting up and down. The room was beautiful. Very woodsy. There was a veranda? to walk out on which connected rooms so you could walk out and get some exercise and see the view. BUT the doors automatically lock behind you even though you unlocked it to go out. Good thing I wasn't alone. There were chairs and tables outside and I sat down in one of them. DOWN is the key word. I thought I'd never get out of it but desperation will out. There was a faux fireplace that was pretty to look at. It gave an ambience to the room. The BED. Look at the photo of the bedroom in the posted photos. See the bed? Mattress and a mattress. A normal bed. But in the "ADA" room, there was no top mattress. They decided lower was better and left it off. That meant you end up sitting on a 3-4 inch wood frame, which is not comfortable, and if not careful you tip back into the bed. Like an elephant in a swamp. The "mattress" was soft so it took you below the wood surround. You had to climb over it to get out but the mattress would sink if pushed on. I tried to get out of it by myself during the night and I couldn't raise myself up and thought I was would suffocate. Suffice to say that every time I had to get up in the night, my daughter had to wake up and pull me out of it. I finally sat in a chair while she went back to bed and I waited for morning. A nightmare! The bathroom was large with a claw foot tub my daughter enjoyed. The shower was about the size of the one in the RV I used to own. I didn't use it. The food. for an expensive and impressive hotel it was just marginal. Other than that, this hotel is a sight to see. Oh yeah, handicapped room was elevator up and then a mile walk across the whole hotel to get to the room. Pant pant. Nothing closer to an elevator? Really? Where was I. It is a sight to see. Impressive outside and in. There is a Bass Pro Shop. An impressive interior elevator and other things that we never saw because we were tired when we arrived and the next day I was so mad I just wanted to get out of there. What a disappointment. Had I not requested an ADA room maybe things would have been OK. I will never know.
