Poplar Inn and Suites

I love the ease of the check in process and the staff are very friendly. My stay has been great while waiting on the remodeling of my home. I would definitely recommend this location.

Need to be fixed up on the outside and inside. It wasn’t really bad that I didn’t want to stay it’s just the carpet needs to shampooed and brighter lights.

The property had plenty of space in the rooms. However, the property was under major renovation, so I checked out early to occupy another property down the street. The air conditioner wasn't working properly as well so was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was not ready when we arrive at 5:00. No one freshen the room. Ran out of towels. Had to buy towels. Rude front desk. Lots of reconstruction on hotel drilling every morning. One inch dust on ceiling fan dirty dishes in dishwasher water standing in tub. Trash behind nightstand. Lightbulbs out . Phones were not working in rooms. Terrible experience. I am reporting to fire depart and better business bureau. The manager does not care.

I was very disappointment with my stay at Poplar Inn and Suites. The property is very unattractive from inside and out. Television are serviced by Roku firesticks; There were bugs in my room and could not get towels when requested. I recommend this location should not be available for reservations until property is completed with it's remodeling.

We were checked into a room which had not been cleaned, a full trash can with a discarded meal and drink cup on the table. We cleaned the kitchen area ourselves. The two TVs buffered our entire 5 day stay, so there was no tv watching. There was no air, we had to get fans from the front office. There were two wash towels in the bathroom that had been used, noticeably so. Because of the limited hotels, convention going on, we stayed. I would never recommend this hotel, nor would the other three couples with us. Totally disappointed!
