My room had gnats. There was only one coffee packet. The thermostat on the wall did not control the heating/cooling unit, and it was VERY noisy. The restaurant/bar had no AC. It was a little dirty and run down. No prices for drinks in the vending machine.

The front staff at night are on point if the the goal is to ignore the guest, stay on your phone, then just say ...no, to an extra pillow. No, there are no "special cookies" when you check in. (And i had heard that was a treat) service when the night crew comes on is non existent. Worst double tree ive ever stayed at. Elevators not working, leaking water everywhere. Yuck.

As a traveler, I would not recommend this hotel until major changes are made. Check in process was excellent. I get to the room and the refrigerator freezer was feoEn shut. The refrigerator had so much dust on it, I could write my name on it. The room phone did not work at all. I had to make several calls with my cell phone to the front desk. The two elevators didn’t work fully, only one for guests. Needless to say, I was pissed being my spouse is disabled. The eatery was trash. There were no silverware, the $14.95 buffet was not worth it. For what was on the buffet, we could have paid less at McDonald’s and had better. The television didn’t work, my mother n law had to be moved because the television didn’t work at all. Oh, let me add, they never told us about the additional charge of $50/day for incidentals and when I asked about it, I was told it allows you to order and charge things to our room. On check-out day, housekeeping started knocking on the door at 830am, “ma’am, check out is 11am”. The location is great.

We had No Tv working in our room the lamps had no bulbs to work at the desk area and no one ever answered the phone at the front desk.

Stayed 6 nights. The location of the hotel is great! Many restaurants and grocery options nearby! The property and the room were decent for a 3-star hotel.
However, I faced four issues that affected my score:
1) The room service cleaned the room once every few days. The front desk was not honest about it and every time I asked, they assured me the room service will come that day and for 2 nights that didn't happen, which my trash was full and I didn't have clean towels. I appreciated if the front desk were upfront about it so I could plan accordingly.
2) There was a power outage on a busy weekday morning and I had to use the stairs to go up and down the 6th floor several times.
3) Most of the staff were friendly, but once I got a grumpy staff at the buffet breakfast that was complaining about her day nonstop to her colleagues and also got my order completely wrong and didn't seem to care at all.
4) My room was missing the safe, and even though I asked the front desk several times for one, they didn't deliver.
If these issues had not happened, I would give it 4 stars.
