Staff has been very nice and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful on the days Zee was there. She interacted with the guess as they ate breakfast, to make sure everything was fine.

It's the first time at IHG midtown at Memphis when we got a nice conversation with Zee at breakfast room and I assumed she was the one who prepared the breakfast everyday for the guests. She was so friendly and helpful. She was helping us to take a family picture and cleaned up our table also. She is very kind. The breakfast as usual typical of American hotel breakfast but this time i must give thumbs up for the cheese omelet its juicy and melting cheese inside. Great job Zee!

I had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very pleasant. One highlight of my stay was breakfast. Ms. Zee, who prepared it, was absolutely amazing. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was fresh and delicious.

Very good service food was good had a peaceful and nice experience highly reccomend security made me feel safe. I think Her name was Zee she was very nice and calming.
