Good location, easy parking and nice rooms. The walls a little thin, as you could hear a lot of noise in other rooms, price a little high considering this.

Carpet in hallways needed vacuuming. 3 of our 4 pillow’s had red spots on them. Not sure if it was blood or lipstick. The bed in room 238 was miserable. My side of the mattress dipped in a good 3 inches deep where my rear end would be. I had to stuff a pillow between the mattress and the fitted sheet to fill the spot. Not sure why this hotel has an 8.6. Other than convenience and staff it was awful. Will spend a little more next trip for a nicer hotel.

Beds were super comfortable, hotel is easily accessible from the freeway with ample free, self-parking. Room was clean and cozy.

The property was clean and the staff were nice but rooms are rundown. Facets and toilets were al loose, TV doesn’t work and body shampoo container was empty.

This was a good hotel, clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent and hospitable and welcoming. However, be aware that it is across from a large hospital so there will be many sirens throughout the night which may be bothersome to some. Also while we were there several cars were broken into. If you park in a well lit area and make sure you leave nothing of any value in sight. We did that and the car on one side of us and behind us were broken into while we were fine.

This hotel is right on Union Avenue which is convenient to everywhere in Midtown and west toward the river. It was dark and rainy when I arrived, but it was easy to find and to get into. Parking was easy as well.
The Front Desk Clerk was friendly and very helpful. So far, so good.
