This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

I had to book a room here last minute, as the 1st hotel that I booked, was a little scary for me, and there was no parking. I called the hotel to see if they had availability before I booked online, and front desk confirmed they did . They also have a great parking lot out back for their guests. From the minute I got to hotel, Stephanie and other staff were wonderful!! The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and spacious, the proximity to activities and restaurants is in walking distance, and all and all a great stay and experience. I will for sure stay here next time in Memphis, and the cherry on top was the customer service of Stephanie and her staff.

It is $32 a nite to park which is very high. Breakfast was not included. Really!! ? It was clean and safe and rooms were good except barndoor sliding door for the bathroom doesnt give much privacy. Staff was great.

The team at this hotel are great. Helpful and friendly. We were here as a tour group. Big shout out to Julian who managed our bags, and to Tiffany, Jeremy and Kesha!!! You all made our stay!

I picked Hilton because I am a Hilton honors member and I read the reviews. Everyone was professional, courteous & friendly. I was here to celebrate my birthday weekend. The hotel is close by Beale Street and we enjoyed that it was not to far. There is also a lounge "Greyhound" where you can get drinks, food and music. I would like to give a shout out of gratitude to the staff who made our stay enjoyable. Lanesia, Stephanie, Tiffany, Lindsay, Cedric & Ms. Georgia (not sure if I have her name correctly) and Skye (bartender). Thank you for being a part of the Hilton brand and the great service with a smile that you provide.

Clean and comfortable room. Tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel for happy hour at 5 but, we ended up going elsewhere. There were several staff members standing around talking to each other while myself and several others were waiting outside to open the doors. After several minutes after opening time, we went to dinner elsewhere.

The room was really dirty. I had a stay from Tuesday to Friday and they did’nt clean my room not even once.
