We were there for 4 nights, not once was our room cleaned. Even after calling and asking twice. There was a storm previous day, and I realize they were dealing with staffing issues, but staff was not helpful on things like where to get basic supplies. “You can look it up on your phone” was one answer. No water pressure, no coffe in room or downstairs. Kinda miserable if it wasn’t for the awesome music on Beal.

Updated. Very spacious rooms. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located downtown within walking distance to a variety of attractions. I understand they are not accustomed to snow but I was surprised the lack of snow removal on sidewalks around the facility. Overall great stay, I would definitely stay there again.

Spent a miserable night here 4/13/24 listening to the fast-and-furious street racing all around the hotel. oh, and some of the Rescue Heroes fire truck sirens added in a couple of times. Ridiculous noise level here even on the 6th floor. Do NOT stay here on a Saturday night until Memphis does something to stop all the street racing.

Close to entertainment. We found the beds not as comfortable as other hotels and the bathroom was not as clean as we would expect. Also they don’t offer self parking.
