Good hotel for near the airport. A free shuttle took us to the airport at 4 in the morning. The front desk was nice and always ready to answer questions.

First off we had to way an extra hour and a half to check in because they were busy that weekend. Just to check into dirty rooms. The shower and toilet seat had hair from previous guests. The coffee maker still had the used coffee pods left in it. The sheets definitely hadn't been changed it was still make up on the pillow cases. The iron board was soaking wet for whatever reason. There was a alarm clock that didn't work so the only way i kept up with the time was from my phone. We had a phone without a phone cord which didn't make since. Then the smell in the room was funky. The breakfast was horrible. I even explained my guests and i worked at a hotel so just give us clean linen and we could've cleaned the rooms ourselves, which they told us No... We were told that we could gladly find another hotel and believe me had the other hotels not been sold out we would have. I've never known an establishment to speak to there guests in this manner.

Ver comfortable visit, breakfast was all anyone could ask. The staff was friendly and polite and helpful with the local delivery for pizza! Coffee in the room when you’re tired and have not had coffee…. HUGE!😁🤷🏻♂️👍

The outside is not all appealing but when you get inside tour room, it's nice. The staff is not all that except for the one black lady, she made us feel welcomed, she joked and spoke every time she saw us, the other staff members, they just looked at us and didn't part their moth. Lol It served its purpose for us when we went. We went for a lakers and grizzlies game. It's like 15 to 20 mins away from FedEx Forum. I would rebook here again.

The staff was very friendly the rings were clean the only complaint is my tv didn’t work right it was playing sound but no screen. The breakfast attendant was very polite and courteous. The housekeeper she was awesome. The pool area was very clean

Enjoyed our trip overall. Did have to be switched rooms within the first hour and a half due to the remote not working. Hot tub didn’t work. Didn’t receive room service? Had to call for towels and other necessities. Wish we would have found another place for less money.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was helpful and a great help. It looks recently upgraded and is surrounded with a fence. All parking is inside the fence as well. Hot breakfast available as well as cereal, fruit , yogurt and of course waffles.

The room was busted up. The bed had a horrible squeak. The towel rack fell off the wall. The sink faucet leaked and needed to be moved just so. The shampoo bottle was used/half full. The front desk lady, thankfully, kept us away from the highschool basketball team.

The staff was extremely attentive and kind. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was broken, but the pool was kept pretty warm. It was the perfect place to stay and see all the things we wanted to. My 5 year old had so much fun. Thank you!!
