Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Airport

Well crappy hotel #2 for a road trip from ny to Dallas. I don’t even know where to begin. I thought by spending a little more the hotel would be nicer but I was wrong. Rented 2 rooms this time and we were lucky to have done that because my room had a plugged tub that wouldn’t drain and standing water in it. Electrical outlets that were pulling away from the wall. More than half of the outlets didn’t even work and wouldn’t hold a charger in. Sheets on the bed were ripped and the fitted sheet barely stayed on. Blankets were paper thing. There was a hole cut in the mattress. No locks worked on my door at all. The deadbolt had literally been ripped out of the door. At least we could shower in the other room. But my daughters room had no toilet paper and a dirty q-tip under her bed. In my room it was obvious they don’t know how to vacuum under a bed. Had a little kitchenette but you have to ask for any utensils or dishes. I wish I could rate a zero. Stay out of room 246. Better yet choose a different hotel.

Me my husband want a room and was check for good rate,airport was the hotel I was picking for at the time I need as a home,call to hotel front desk was very respectful,

Staff was excellent. They made sure we had everything needed. Friendly and Helped with an already difficult time. Would recommend to all family and friends . Andria and Mya were the best to see daily. Maya cleaned the smokers areas which made it so much more comfortable

What I like about the service is that fact that the staff( front desk) are very people friendly. I extended for a whike month because of the customer service. Also I they are pet friendly. Security on the lot all day, friendly people in the area.

This property needs to be closed and fixed before anyone should be staying here. Fire alarm in my room was broken and chirping, bath towels were dirty and soiled, bathroom sink leaked overnight & covered the floor, TV did not connect to input line & no remote - TV was bolted to the stand, hallway has lower level sheetrock missing from a fire in December, large piles of replacement appliances in the hallway, filthy hallway floor, need I say more? I am an older lady so took one for the team and toughed it out. I would NEVER let my 25 year old daughter stay here...even with her boyfriend.

The bathroom has no tissue in it. I literally had to find a staff to get a roll. The soap dishes for the shower were on the sink. I don't recommend staying
