Hotel was very clean and nice the staff was friendly and the hotel had excellent breakfast all was hot and ready with great option. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will for sure book again

Our stay was great - I will say although the beds were very comfortable I wasn’t expecting the double beds in our room to be more full sized as opposed to queen.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast and coffee in the morning were GREAT! I felt better knowing that security was driving around the parking lot as we had a large Uhaul. Everything was good and safe. Lots of close by restaurants to choose from.

It was fine. Beds were comfortable but small. Room was large but bathroom was small. Pool sadly was in front outside and closed and no where did it say seasonal. One reason I booked it was for pool. I felt like staff was always starring at us. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but not choices or friendliness I expected. Felt again like they watched us eat! Need 2 tvs in room. Tv in odd spot only one bed can really see it

My vehicle was broken into in the front parking lot along with 11 others. I feel there was no communication about it happening. I didn’t find out until I went downstairs to get a luggage cart from the lobby and saw the police outside.we picked this location because I felt it was a safer options in a better park of down but I was proven wrong. The hotel did have a guy vacuum out the broken glass ( he did good and was nice) . They also let my family stay in our room past check out so that I could go to the airport and swap rentals. Only two plugs in our room worked and they were loose and the plugs kept falling out. We had several electronics that needed charged and we had to rotate them. I was not informed ahead of time that the breakfast was $8 a day. If you do stay here be very aware of where you park.

This Hyatt Place is very secluded and quiet. Inside it is clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast menu was the normal hotel offering, oatmeal, cereals, eggs, sausage, pastries, toast, juices and coffee, however there is an $8 charge for it, which, in my opinion, is a little excessive. But if you want breakfast, you pay for it.
