DON'T BOTHER! After several attempts to share this internally first in an effort to improve their quality of service; they don't even bother to reply. Hi Michael, My name is Effren, and I'm a native Memphian with strong family ties to the city by way of introduction. Unfortunately, my current stay has been marred by a terrible stay at your property. I booked the room due to my mom being in the hospital nearby. Despite my initial hesitation based on reviews, I wanted to give your place a chance, I typically stay downtown but the proximity to my loved one made your location a better option . Sadly, my experience was the worst lodging I've had in Memphis by far! Check-in: The check-in process was frustrating. After a long day of traveling, when I arrived to the room; I searched for the remote for over 10 minutes before deciding to calling the front desk to ask where they are normally kept. That is when I discovered the room also had no phone. I gathered my things and retuned to the front and was assigned a new room with no soap in the shower...not that big of a deal as I used the soap from the sink in the room. The Next Day: After spending no less than 16 hours at the hospital. I retuned to a room that wasn't serviced at all. I was so tired honestly I didn't even care, just a mental note that I should have followed my first mind. The next morning before I left for another 16 plus hour day, I requested service due to the lack of soap, and just basic hotel sanitation operating etiquette, I assumed. The situation deteriorated further. When I returned to the room; The room condition was unacceptable. Upon my return from the hospital, I was met with a strong odor of old food and trash, the room still hadn't been properly cleaned. Bizarrely, the beds were the only things that had been changed. (see photos). This is unacceptable customer service. I've provided all the necessary details, and I expect a response explaining how you plan to address this issue.
