Beautiful, pet-friendly hotel with great coffee, warm staff, and stunning decor In lower Main neighborhood, Memphis

Great property and great staff…but the amenities are missing for a room this nice. No coffee maker, ironing board in room. Everything is a plus up. $3.75 for a morning coffee, $8 for a slice of toast, $12 for a bowl of grits, $1.75 for butter for the grits….and bad wine for $16 in the evening. We paid more for their parking than National charged for us to rent the car. Adding to the frustration was rates 75% higher two nights we were here. We assumed some event but the hotel c didn’t seem full. Move this hotel 1/2 mile north and stop gauging customers for everything…it would compete with the Peabody. But we leave planning to not stay here again and wondering if it’ll survive.

Excellent stay at Arrive for two nights. Exceptional staff. All so friendly and helpful. Onsite cafe Hustle & Dough has great coffee and breakfast options. Grits and toast. Eggs are hidden on the menu but available to your taste. Rooms are very large and AC works well if you happen to be here during the heat and humidity. Very comfortable beds. Room service available. We took advantage of the Detroit style pizza on sourdough crust. Beautiful cocktail bar in the lobby. Civil rights museum is across the street. Recommend this hotel 100%

I am a solo female traveler in her 20s and hotels like this really make going from city to city easier. Everyone was so friendly from the gentleman at the valet stand when I first got to the hotel to the housekeeping staff when I was walking down to check out of the hotel. I could not recommend a better place to stay if you’re visiting downtown Memphis.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a road trip vacation with my husband. What a find!! This is such a unique….hotel is such a normal word that does not feel right when describing Arrive. This building was originally a warehouse and the designer for the hotel did a marvelous job keeping to the authentic feel of that. Stepping into your room will immediately make you smile, as I promise you have never stayed in a room quite like this before. If you want a “normal” hotel then go elsewhere. If you want something really cool, this is for you. Concrete ceilings and floors, while original to the warehouse for function….to the traveler who appreciates NOT hearing someone stomping in the room above them will absolutely appreciate them! (If you do hear things you don’t like I saw they have a glass jar of ear plugs above the sink!) The staff takes southern hospitality to the next level. They are so friendly! And there is a built in coffee shop. Only thing to prepare in advance for is parking- they offer valet $35 plus city tax a day. We came on a weekend so street parking was free after 10pm on Friday until Monday morning. Saturday night parking was rough when people were still out drinking/clubbing, but the rest of the weekend was totally fine. Enjoy Ernestine and Hazel’s at the end of the block. Get a soul burger. Totally didn’t know when we went there, but it’s famous. ******* and the best dive bar in the world. Been in 9 movies. We just needed to eat when we got there! lol
