This place is so gross. I definitely saw a few roaches and the bathroom light was out so I showered in the dark. I did not feel safe and front entrance lock was broken so anyone can enter. I saw several shady looking people and the whole building smelled like cigarettes. Will never go back to this location or any other wood spring suite.

Worst experience of hotels every, I showed up rang the doorbell for 39 minutes no answer. Finally when someone answeres they tell me I have yo wait 1 more because they are at lunch. Yet it is 6:30 pm and I am with my elderly mother. I had to go get another room elsewhere and they refuse to refund my room when they could not check us in. I called the next day and requestes a manager and a lady named "Amanda" said that the manager is on leave and too bad so sad for me. Awful and rude are understatements for this ghetto unprofessional place. I saw the worker walking around she seema like she was picked up from the county and most of the people that stay here look like they are on *****. Please stay somewhere else.

We would not sleep on the bed it was so nasty, finally at 4 in the morning I booked another hotel to stay in.

I stayed here for only 2 weeks was charged 100 deposit but when i checked out no one could remember me given them a deposit and say she didn't put it in the system
