This was a perfect location for my first visit to North Wales. The hotel is situated just over the Menai bridge. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant which was really convenient for my stay. Room was really spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend

I also understand that people do use our car park and do not eat with us, we certainly understand your frustrations with this, however we are unable to monitor this. The Hotel is beautifully presented, the decor is lovely and there is a really pleasant atmosphere. There is an outdoor area overlooking the water and offering lovely views. There is also dining on offer in the Conservatory area too. My partner and I do not eat meat and there were several options available on the menu, which was refreshing to see as so many places these days offer very little in this respect. The food was delicious, my partner had Mushroom and Ale pie and I had Toad in the Hole made with Vegetarian sausages. The portions were very generous too. The Garlic mushrooms as a starter was served on a huge wedge of bread along with the Garlic bread equally served as two hu

Have been here in the past and as we were nearby thought we would try it again. Charlene and her colleagues didn’t disappoint, service was great and so was the food. Will definitely be back

Arrived at Victoria on Friday knowing the weekend would be busy due to the Angelsey yearly tradition of Raft Race. On entering the hotel I was very impressed with the ambiance of the hotel and it was spotlessly clean. There was a gentle hub of fun and laughter from the bar as I booked into the hotel. My room was looking over the Strait and it didn’t disappoint. Evening meal . There was lots of choice from the menu and with addition of the daily specials. My meal came and was hot and was hungry by then. Knowing I was a solo guest the staff were friendly and couldn’t go enough to make me feel settled and welcome which was most important to me. I settled into the bar and had a lovely cocktail and got chatting to guests and local people which was a fine end to the night. I would definitely recommend the Victoria as a solo traveller . Definitely a hotel second to non

Service." You sit over there if you are eating" which just to be the worst seats on the outside terrace, and you are probably spending more than someone just having a drink and sitting in the best position overlooking the sea. " You need to get your own cutlery, it's over there" what, for the price you pay, surely you can bring the cutlery? Overall the service was poor, the feeling that the staff didn't want to be there and we the customer was an interference. Food. Below average, and for the price would expect better than what appeared to be micro waved grub.£7.15 for a beer and £9.10 for a wine and don't forget, we had the cheap seats away from the view. Overall, disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this place. I certainly won't return. Not the staff at fault, they need better customer service training and a real menu instead of the plastic food presented.

Came to the Victoria for a catch-up with the girls, Jade was lovely as she greeted us and took us to our seats, checking in anytime she passed us by to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely space, lovely atmosphere and great staff! Would definitely come back again ❤️
