This place is rubbish. They have kareoke under the their best room to keep you awake till 2am, the room are unclean and stink like cigarettes and staff are not honest. There’s a much better hotel in town for the same price if not less. I would definitely not book this this hotel.

Jeff and Kathy from Oregon here. We were at this hotel as part of an Overseas Adventure Travel group. We were highly pleased with the cleanliness of the room, good location of hotel, and, especially, the excellent service by the staff! We appreciated the hot water heater in the room. The outdoor pool was gorgeous and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, room and pool view. But fitness room a joke because it is in the hottest spot and not air conditioned so like a sauna and unusable. WiFi was okay. Restaurant was not great, and no alcoholic beverages are available.

Decent hotel, we stayed just one night as a stopover. The bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities you’d need. The pool was nice. Restaurant and breakfast were ok. The bed sheet had holes in it but the hotel staff were very quick to come and fix this when reported. Hotel was everything you’d except from a 3 star hotel.

Comfortable hotel..good value for money….clean…but without particular character…ideal for a short stopover…varied breakfast…and restaurant offering a fairly varied Indonesian and European cuisine…at reasonable prices

The Hotel was clean, the pool was great and staff at reception were friendly. However, the service in the restaurant was very poor. There were few people in the restaurant and the staff were not busy. It was still a suitable place to stay prior to my Orangutan tour, which was amazing.

The hotel is located in a corner of the city, there is nothing to do around it, in front of our transit hotel. The dining room is warm and businesslike, as is the hotel. There was nowhere to sit with a beer (they don't have beer either). There is a nice swimming pool, which was not for us. due to transit
