Dakar Hotel

It is a good place to stay if you are looking for something cheap and relatively close to the center. We booked a basic triple room and it met our expectations in most aspects. The attention of the receptionists was ambiguous because there were days when they were very attentive and kind, they were very attentive to our requests and others when they were not. The room was simple but had what was necessary to be calm during the stay. Every day they replenished the amenities and cleaned the room, which was a detail that we loved. However, on the last day we requested housekeeping service for later and they had confirmed that it was indeed possible and then they did not come to make the room. In addition, unfortunately they gave us dirty toilet paper, which seemed inappropriate to us. In the room everything worked correctly, even the AC, except the minibar, we gave notice but we did not get a solution from the hostel. Finally, the pool was a very nice place to be after having toured the city under all the sun, and at first glance it was clear that it was well maintained.

Experiência Ruim O Hotel é mais antigo, bastante simples, café da manhã também bem simples. A limpeza não é boa e os móveis são velhos. Tivemos uma situação desagradável na nossa última noite de estadia. Quando retornamos de um passeio, minha esposa percebeu que havia sumido um creme hidratante, comunicamos à recepção, como não temos como provar foi apenas um alerta para os responsáveis.

Excelente nuestra estadía en este hotel en pleno centro de Mendoza, con un muy buen servicio, habitación súper cómoda, completísimo desayuno buffet, una terraza con piscina y jacuzzi con la mejor vista del atardecer en la cordillera y muy buena comida y atención en el restaurante. Volveremos cada vez que vengamos a Mendoza. Hiper recomendable

Péssima experiência, encontramos percevejos no nosso quarto, tivemos lesões de pele e o hotel sequer providenciou outro acomodação, até o momento não tivemos qualquer reparação dos nossos prejuízos.
