When I called to report a problem, they didn't follow up and just let it go. There was no hot water in this weather, and I tolerated it when I showered at 11 PM. But when I showered at 7 AM, there was still no hot water. I called and they told me to let the water run for ten minutes. I did, but it was still cold. They said it wasn't peak shower time, etc. I'm speechless at this way of solving problems. The previous two years, I never encountered this problem, no matter the time of day. Also, most of the guests were from out of town, and they seemed to be trying to rip me off. I just bought a membership elsewhere, and they told me I wasn't a member and wanted me to pay extra to get one… Don't try to be clever.
