此酒店設施老舊且保養維護並不到位，衞生狀況亦不佳，例如衞生間、毛巾的清潔程度並不令人滿意，淋浴噴頭為固定在牆上的方式，不利於帶幼兒的家庭為孩子洗澡。優點是窗子是兩扇大玻璃無鎖位自由平移式，通風效果能達到最佳。
