衹能説因為去植物園，所以將就着住吧，設施環境一般，早餐也一般，服務員態度也愛搭不理的，適合自駕，去中科院植物園還有些距離。

當天入住馬桶就是壞的坐墊是左右搖晃的，第一時間給客服反映情況安排人維修，結果第二天早飯（入住當天晚上特意問過早餐，店裡客服説早上人多8：30去一樣可以吃）就衹吃到米粉其它全部沒有了，衹能自己在外購買早餐。（當時有店裡客服也在，第一時間就反映沒有早餐，根本沒有管沒有就沒得吃）。 在外出遊玩回來還是沒有人維修，服務真的不敢恭維。 直到第三天離店也沒有客服來維修。 最後在攜程投訴後退了一天的早餐30元。 既然是春節漲價，我們接受這個價格。但是你的服務要對得起漲的價格。不能説春節人手不夠忙不過來就無法維修客服就不服務！！！已經付春節漲價費用就包括你客服的人員的費用，人手不夠服務不到位你又怎麼能漲價了？？？？？

整體還可以

村子裏麪的，衞生間沒有洗漱和淋浴分離，洗完澡全是濕的。

Our family is traveling to Yunnan for a few days and we chose to stay here. The rooms are very clean and all are intelligent voice controls. The stay is very comfortable and the price/performance ratio is very high. Our family has given us positive reviews.

The front desk service is good, and the breakfast contractor is also very enthusiastic. However, the hygiene of the room was relatively poor. The carpet gave off a peculiar smell, especially the towels in the bathroom. They looked dark and smelled strongly to the nose. I picked up the mouthwash cup and looked at it. There were many water stains and stains. I have reported this to the front desk twice and hope they will change things in the future.
