雨林的環境非常讓人身心放鬆，遠離塵囂，羅梭江畔，後門步行可達中科院植物園。小朋友玩得很開心，最重要所有服務人員都特別和藹可親，見面都非常真誠得打招呼，禮賓部的服務人員都能認得出我們了，房務服務人員顏值也很高，頭髮梳的一絲不苟，這些服務細節在現在很多高端酒店都很難做到這麼好了。聖誕節的自助餐也非常正規專業，氣氛很好。

去中科植物園步行幾分鐘，有充裕的時間逛完東西兩個園區。酒店房間寬敞，設施齊全，很乾凈，餐飲也不錯。酒店內的旅拍不錯，耐心周到，水平不錯。

老牌度假酒店服務還是有保障的，謝謝Jasper還有小米客户關係非常到位細緻。還有客服衞生保潔，小童中心及餐廳的服務人員和歌手都很棒！會推薦朋友到版納都體驗你們的酒店。
最優秀的一點是走到植物園真的太方便了！周圍步行500米也有好幾家非常不錯的傣家餐廳。

This trip to Banna was booked at Anna for 2 nights and InterContinental for 3 nights. Anna is very quiet and is the first choice for visiting the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Although the hotel is not new, it is well maintained and the staff is warm and friendly. The only regret is that the hotel only has an outdoor swimming pool. The temperature was relatively low during the two days of stay, so the children did not swim.
