入住前兩天賓客關係經理就聯繫我們，問對房間有什麼要求，訂了兩間就要求住近一些，沒想到就在隔壁，中間門打開就像一個大套房，方便兩個孩子玩耍，接駁車很方便，響應速度快 房間是木質結構雖然有些年頭了，但是維護得還算不錯，設施齊全，服務一流，遇到的每個工作人員態度都很好，尤其是康樂中心的工作人員，參加活動的時候對孩子超級有耐心 早餐豐富且好吃，餐廳的烤雞和烤筍好吃，最大的遺憾是沒時間體驗spa，有機會再來一定嘗試下

非常美，酒店很温馨、舒適，帶娃一絕，臨走還送了小禮物給孩子，非常感謝，下次還要來！

Because of the night tour of the botanical garden, I chose Anantara, and it was as popular as the night tour. The hotel service is the best hotel I stayed in Xishuangbanna. They contacted me one day in advance and took all my needs and some small details into consideration. We are two families together, and the rooms were upgraded for free and next to each other. The extra bed for me was made very well, not perfunctory at all. The battery car was available on call, and the welcome snacks tasted good. The small nuts were the best. 😋 When I checked out the next day, I gave the child a cute elephant doll, and the little friend loved it. The only small regret is that there is no travel photography. I made an appointment late and there was no suitable time. Friends who want to go remember to make an appointment early!

酒店很美，早餐很豐盛。 首日歡迎水果，在店期間單次傣家閣咖啡、茶無限暢飲，尼可旅拍都體驗到了，旅拍非常出片。提前一天管家就加了微信，有什麼需求提前告知就能安排啦，非常棒

房間乾淨服務到位貼心，基本滿足所有需求，錯峯出行體驗感拉滿！小童體驗中心的服務也超級好，小女生和小哥哥基本有求必應！感謝給孩子們美好的回憶！

房間很大環境很好服務很熱情

帶着全家去度假，很舒服，服務好，早餐好，環境好。推薦全家度假一起來，挨着植物園很方便。酒店適合拍傣族照片。

雖説就住了一天 但酒店環境很好 無邊泳池也很棒～走着沒兩步道就是植物園西門了
