水龍頭打開、馬桶沖水流出的水是黃色的，過了一段時間才好。晚上睡覺的時候有咚咚的很響的聲音，兩晚都是這樣。晚上有夜宵贈送，但是是早上熬的粥，我喝了第二天早上吐了。酒店工作人員服務還是挺好的，酒店位置也還可以

衹能算個三星，價格不便宜比平時翻倍，可能是五。房子比較新 ，服務還是比較好，因為帶小孩，原定沒有了，升級了套房。可惜沒有多薄被子，小朋友睡中間熱，沒有單獨蓋的，睡一夜第二天就感冒了，早餐少 衹有米線好吃。電梯衹有一部，接待廳前台比較小，這個標準配合這個價格，就不值了。

非常現代乾淨的酒店，早餐非常豐盛，西式中式都有。房間裏的所有用具乾淨和嶄新。房間裏備有免費的普洱茶和咖啡，味道非常棒。這裏離娜允古城很近。晚上很安靜。

酒店停車很方便，適合自駕遊客，酒店環境不錯，有個小小咖啡廳，咖啡還不錯
設施：
房間很寬敞，設施齊備，還贈送了掛耳，很驚喜，每個房間送一衹小斑馬，很可愛，小孩子開心壞了
衞生：
衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間設施也很新，住的舒服
服務：
前台工作人員的突發事件處理能力有待提升，這也是唯一不滿的地方，我本身訂了兩間房兩個訂單，前台衹找到其中一個訂單，另外一個找不到（酒店的問題），我從手機上找到訂單給她看，她依然沒給我辦入住，查訂單折騰了半個多小時，應急能力實在有限，加強內部培訓吧
