年初六晚上8點多入住459元的酒店，玩兩三天從昆明下來蒙自到蒙自已經很累了八點多入住酒店一躺下就睡著了沒想到到差不多10點半左右聽見有人敲門而且很大聲那種敲可能一分鐘左右，我問是誰她沒説是酒店前台就問我是不是不登記就進來住？問我我姓什麼，我告訴她我姓李她説弄錯了？我就納悶了是什麼樣的酒店工作人員會問這種問題。我打電話給攜程説情況等到攜程的回覆就是酒店人手不夠造成誤會？本來想着自己睡眠不好就找價格貴一點的住的舒服些，我沒想到459元一晚上的酒店會是這種沒培訓過的人員，這酒店太讓我失望瞭如果酒店方面想得到好評建議用經過嚴格培訓的員工
