We have stayed here many times and are never disappointed with anything. Everyone is very personable as far as staff goes We would not stay anywhere else

The rooms have beautiful wooden fixtures, bathrooms have beautiful marble counter tops, there's enough space for desk and bed in the room to help balance work and rest, personal lights on both sides of the bed for evening reading, the beds have soft plush pillows and sheets, and the staff is very responsive and accommodating. There's also a cozy patio downstairs that can be used for hosting events or intimate meals and conversations among colleagues/friends.

this is a prime location in Menlo Park walkable to stores and restaurants. there is free, filtered water and ice on each floor and it is eco-friendly and environmentally conscious.

The hotel is comfortable. Valet is great. If there is no valet outside, just go to the front desk and someone will take care of it. The room is cozy, restaurant and the live music during dinner is a great touch. Overall enjoyed my stay. Recommend for others looking for a convenient good location and stay.

This hotel is the cutest and most luxury boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was soooo cozy, all the vibes, the main downstairs area and our bedroom was tucked away in a little nook. The staff was so friendly and approachable. Getting in and out of the hotel with a newborn was effortless with the valet and they were always ready to help us out with everything we needed.

Too many other hotels in Silicon Valley with good service and professional staff - both of which this hotel was lacking. Paper thin walls and ceilings. The positives: rooms were clean and the courtyard is beautiful. Too bad bar closes at 9pm.
