The location of this hotel is very good, there are many shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants next to it, the rooms are also very clean, and the community is very safe.
But they actually deducted 116 dollars from me. I booked 2 nights. I deducted 66 dollars for the first night and 50 dollars for the second night. I asked them why they deducted it. They want to ask the manager, when will the manager come, they say they don't know. When I finally left, I didn't see the manager. I spent almost $300 for 2 nights, so I might as well stay in a 4-star hotel. Too much moisture. will not live.

Very comfortable room. Helpful, polite staff. The hot tub is a great size for stretching and floating. Our room was at the back so there was no traffic noise. Fantastic location for visiting Stanford and walking around downtown Menlo Park.

Smells bad. Superficially cleaned. Breakfast is not edible. Extremely low standards in everything, front desk doesn’t know the most basic of their responsibilities. They just don’t care about anything.

Not much to the place. Room was ok and cable service went out for 2 days - we were there 3. I would have expected more considering the price paid. Lots of hotels were booked around the area, so we had to settle. If the price was under $150, it would have been fine....but at $350-$400, not so much.

Had a great stay, it seems recently renovated, modern, nice courtyard and amenities (gym, small outdoor pool), good complimentary breakfast, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I would recommend and easily stay here again if in SF/ Menlo Park area.

I only gave it two stars as an overall rating because the staff was very kind. We checked in and tried to shower, but the tub would not drain so they put us in a different room. The second room had food left over in the refrigerator. The beds Were hard and the pillows were chunky and extremely uncomfortable. The walls are thin as paper. You can hear everything going on in the next room as well as outside. They allowed dogs which is great but there is no elimination area. There is also no elimination area within blocks. All cement everywhere even walking up the street.

Great location and so easy to walk places.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The grounds are clean.
I gave it a 4, not 5 only because it is not a 5 star in terms of facilities. There is a jacuzzi, but no pool. The gym is adequate, but limited. There is no restaurant (they do serve a breakfast daily).
Overall we had a great experience.
