The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are advanced, the breakfast is also very rich, because the Thanksgiving holiday temporarily lived here, lived for a day and felt good and continued, there are restaurants around, in short, it is recommended

The staff were friendly and professional and the room was neat and clean. One minor point was that the toilet seat moved when you sat on it. Sadly we got to breakfast about 45 min before it was over and the hot items were gone and not replenished. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend.

Check in was quick. We had just stayed at another Fairfield and when checking in we asked if the procedure was the same where we had to request a hair dryer and coffee. He said we needed to take up a hair dryer, coffee pot, coffee,condiments and the tray for the coffee. These items are not currently in the room and are sanitized after each guest. We had our luggage to take up so told him we would stop back down for the items. That is a lot for someone to carry to the room. The room has a seal on it stating it has been cleaned and sanitized and indicating we are the first person in since the cleaning as in the previous Fairfield we had stayed in. The room was clean. While I understand and appreciate the Covid precautions there is an ice bucket in the room, can't figure out why that can be in the room but not the other items we had to carry from the desk? The TV remote was not in a sleeve indicating it was sanitized as in the previous Fairfield. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

This was okay. My first room smelled of must and mold, but to the credit of the staff they immediately gave me a new room. The second room was comfortable but not fancy. Breakfast was fine and average. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I do believe I was way overcharged though. $277.00 for one night in this type of facility was a lot in my opinion. I did ask the clerk about the price. She indicated that part of the price was the booking fee for the site that I booked through. was unable to resolve this through the company, so I am just accepting their take on this and moving on. Except for the price I had a pleasant stay.
