Flew home late last night and my first task home is to write this review to inform people about this terrible hotel. I could write pages but here are a few : - both my kids sliced open several of their toes in 2 of the pools and when I made reception aware of it they told me to wear flip flaps in pool. I suggested a warning sign to make people aware , but they never did. RECEPTION staff are the worse I have encountered with lack of care and always negative -my son burned his fingers at kids food counter as large serving utensils were always placed under the hot lights by staff. Nearly every meal time you heard a child crying from this experience ,management was made aware of this yet it remained a regular occurrence - everything about the hotel shows major lack of maintenance ie loose plugs in room and in public areas. My wife got a small electric shock in room and another customer blown across public toilet when using hand dryer. Nearly every public toilet I used had a loose or hanging off cover on hand dryer - our kids blood remained on tiles from pool through lobby along corridors to our room , the route I carried them. This blood remained all of the week. We witnessed kids being sick in pool and lobby of our block and again remained uncleared. Same with ice cream and food spillage on ground and glass. - water park very old and also badly maintained to the point of being dangerous or easily injured - food is terrible and mostly luke warm - for me personally the worst part is the QUEUES , my passion is traveling and I’ve NEVER experienced queues like this hotel .. every day queues to get into restaurant, queues inside restaurant at food counters , queues at bar as only 1 bar staff which is terrible for All inclusive hotel , queues of people complaining at reception , queues queues queues .. - lots of rubbish visible and bags of laundry in corridors , 3 bags outside our room for 5 days. Everywhere you looked showed a lack of TLC - worse kids club ever and intermittently open as there was only 1 girl and when we enquired one day of kids club will open we were told only girl available was off sick , so no backup Also totally and better separate kids club for French , as explained to us by girl in our kids club - all drinks in plastic glasses. My wife couldn’t drink the All Inclusive wine , so she paid for her drinks which came in real glasses, when I asked for a real glass I was told no as All inclusive drinks get plastic only and they would not budge on this rule .. only paid drinks get glasses !! - we arrived late with 3 kids including a baby and luggage and it was a long walk to our room. Kids were obviously tired and when I asked if someone could help me getting luggage to room I was given a straight NO even though there was 3 staff standing behind counter. Ps we were the only ones checking in therefore reception was very quiet. This attitude summed up reception staff I wish I knew of the above prior to booking our overdue lon
