Excellent treatment, very good service, they helped us rent a motorcycle, they provided us with body cream, all very kind.
The new rooms are very nice and the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is new and without odors.
A 10 we will return

Hotel in a very good location, na car parking but still very well-kept, clean, tidy. Incredibly nice servic, I believe that people make this place even more enjoyable and pleasant. I highly recommend.

War alles bestens. Überraschend gabs ein Zimmerupgrate. Personal an der Rezeption war super nett. Restaurant habe ich nicht genutzt, Pool auch nicht, da ich den Tag über immer unterwegs war.

He estado dos dias y me he sentido como en casa. En el centro de la isla. Con su piscina y espacio de relax. Restsurante. Y resaltar la amabilidad de la recepcionista, que te traten asi de bien, no tiene precio. Recomendable 100x100

L’hotel Jeni si trova a Es Mercadal, paesino al centro dell’isola di Minorca, sotto il monte Toro. La posizione è strategica: Mahón e Ciutadella sono ben raggiungibili con i bus in 20/30 minuti . Il paesello è piccolo ,pochi turisti e molti locali, non c'è molto da fare ma è un posto rilassante. Venendo all’hotel, la struttura è in buono stato e arredata in modo funzionale, buon anche la pulizia, piscina minuscola sul lato interno con la possibilità di prendere il sole nel piccolo giardino. L’hotel ha un ristorante, ci sono menù da 14,95 - 21,95 e uno più caro da 39,75 : la mia impressione è che sulla cucina potrebbero fare di più, personalmente nessun piatto mi ha entusiasmato. Hotel consigliato a patto di avere uno scooter(difficile trovarlo ad agosto senza prenotare prima) o una macchina a disposizione; prezzo del soggiorno alto ma sicuramente conveniente rispetto agli hotel sul mare.

Nosotros hicimos una reserva por la pagn booking haciendo un fallo en la reserva, poniendo una persona de mas, al darnos cuenta llamamos a booking y nos dijeron q no habia problema siempre que el hotel accediera a realizar el cambio....pero la contestacion del hotel siempre fue negativa....no hubo manera de cambiarla....asi q cuidado....que la respuesta suya fue que asi dormirian mas anchosno me parece para nada profesional
