Le plus bel endroit de Minorque. Nous avons réservé une suite avec vue sur la mer et c'était magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant, les locaux sont propres et le restaurant propose une cuisine variée avec un service attentionné. Si je reviens un jour à Minorque, ce sera mon hôtel de choix.

L’hotel è fatiscente e mal tenuto. Le camere al piano terra hanno le finestre che si affacciano sui passaggi pedonali costringendo gli occupanti a tenere sempre le finestre e le tende chiuse.I bagni sono privi di bidet e di mensole per poter appoggiare le proprie cose. I muri delle parti esterne sono sbrecciati e cadono pezzi di intonaco. La pulizia delle camere viene eseguita solo saltuariamente e non tutti i giorni,i pavimenti non vengono puliti bene e rimane sempre un po’ di sabbia. Sul terrazzo avevamo un formicaio e non vi sono tende per ripararsi dal sole. Gli armadi sono praticamente inesistenti! Solo uno senza ante assolutamente insufficiente per tre persone .Il costo di circa € 240,00 a notte senza la prima colazione è assolutamente esagerato rispetto ai servizi ed allo stato della struttura,inoltre è difficilissimo parcheggiare.

Just what we wanted from a holiday. I knew the area to be fair. My only pointer - I as that the gym needs updating… is don’t think it gets a lot of use.

The pluses: - The beach next door, for me one of the most beautiful on the island, - Aparthotel, small kitchen - Size of the hotel - Varied and good food, - The size of the room - The view The minuses : - Condition of the rooms... to be redone, old furniture and bedding, in poor condition, smell of humidity, coming up from the sewers, no drains, traces of humidity on the walls, no charm, too bad it could be so idyllic. - Average welcome, staff in the hotel unfriendly and unsmiling - Not enough parking space to accommodate all customers (never a place) - Children's park, nothing in operation anymore. Overall big maintenance problem in this building… in our room everything was done haphazardly, the layout of the bathroom could be so much better… even the parts that were renovated were poorly done… it's so It's a shame to install equipment in the bathroom and leave the lines for positioning on the walls.... I will think before going back... I hope that the building will be seriously restored...

No complaints at all, the apar**ent was clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating and friendly, we arrived quite late in the day and a snack had been left in the fridge in our apar**ent, we had booked half board and the meals were amazing buffet style with plenty of choices every taste catered for including a chef just to make a variety of eggs fried poached scrambled and omelet for breakfast, would definitely recommend 10/10

My wife and I have had a fabulous 10 days here. Great apar**ent, spotlessly clean and in easy reach of the beach and club bar. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. We’d love to come back sometime!

My partner and I loved our time here , we had a lovely sea view , and spent each morning with breakfast on the balcony , even seeing goats just a few metres away one morning !! The kitchen had everything we needed to make a breakfast , and also a evening meal , there is no oven but that was fine for us , pool area lovely and relaxing, we hired a car which was a great way to see the whole of this beautiful island , a few restaurants, the ones we used where great , not many to choose from but we wanted a quiet resort , this was the ideal base for a beach holiday ( the cove was just wonderful) and for days out if you are looking for a relaxing break this is for you , if you are wanting an action packed busy resort maybe not so much , we can’t wait to come back !!!!!

Breakfast at Sun Park? Felt like a race! They started cleaning tables while we were still eating, and one staff member called Raul could've won 'Rudest Employee of the Month.' Missed out on the view and the vibe! While having breakfast at Sun Park Hotels, we were rudely interrupted. The staff began cleaning up around us and even closed the shutters, blocking the view. This was both unprofessional and disappointing.
