Excellent staff, good food at all meals, clean, towels changed daily. The only reason I did not give it five stars was the smell of the drains in the bathroom after heavy rain. The location looking over the bay is stunning especially for sunsets and there are even hoopoes on the lawn most mornings. Be aware however, the hotel complex is accessed via many steep steps so not for the less able I would say.

This was booked through a Jet2 holiday and it was outstanding from the get go spotless, all staff courteous & helpful had the most amazing room, exceptional views of the pool and the sea restaurant absolutely faultless booked again for 2024

Tradite le aspettative: era prevista vista mare, mentre di fronte c’erano solo alberi, non c’era aria condizionata in camera e l’appartamento era esposto al sole tutto il pomeriggio, impossibile dormire la notte per il caldo. La descrizione dell’hotel falsamente parlava di parcheggio interno gratuito e di lavanderia self service, entrambi i servizi erano in realtà non offerti. Vergognoso, vengono dette falsità negli annunci.

La posizione è sicuramene l'aspetto migliore della struttura; a poca distanza dal villaggio di Fornells e con la possibilità di raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle del nord dell'isola. Il complesso poi è affacciato sul mare; la vista dalla camera è la cosa che ricorderò con maggior piacere di tutto i mio soggiorno; semplicemente meravigliosa. Godevole anche la piscina per un tuffo rinfrescante dopo intensa giornata di sole e tutta l'area verde affacciata sul mare. La camera presenta qualche segno del tempo. Il personale molto cortese

Lovely place, one of the cleanest and friendliest places I have been to,we travelled as a family of 4,(2 adults,2 children,10/17,when we arrived,we were upgraded to a 2 bed without even asking,given an amazing apar**ent right by the pool,we arrived late and were all hungry,reception phoned around couple of local restaurants and one was still open La Franola (nice place)….cant fault the apar**ent,large beds,plenty of facilities to cook etc even down to washing up liquid in kitchen,pool and areas always clean,lovely surrounding area,stunning views and the bar view to die for,bar staff so friendly and make the best cocktails,not much open in mid October and even supermarket closed after few days there,so would recommend hire a car,beach is a small trek (quite hilly,but so worth it) really lovely,quiet,water lovely and warm,clear,great for snorkelling(feed the fishes bread and snorkel around them),again stunning views all around!!…food at hotel was nice,buffet in eve if you wanted and nice selection for lunch,they had a buffet breakfast too ,we were self catering and bar and restaurant they put everything on your room number and paid at then end,!!!,we went with jet2 and can’t fault them at all,would I recommend this place,Absolutely and we will come back!!!,just perfect!!

Lovely place for a holiday . The whole place is run by fantastic staff who are all very helpful and very friendly . Cant wait to go again . It is in a beautiful location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday .

Had a fantastic, stay very friendly staff. The resort is gorgeous very clean. Housekeeping came round every day really could not fault this place will definitely be back again and highly recommend
