Les chambres sont très confort et jolies. L’établissement est vraiment joli et bien situé. Le personnel d’accueil très sympa. Le petit dej est incroyablement bon et diversifié. Le spa … pas au niveau du standing attendu pour l’hôtel … et le prix des massages et deux fois supérieurs à l’Europe ….

We booked a premium room and were given a free upgrade to a garden view room, which was lovey and very comfortable. The staff on reception were all friendly and helpful especially Inma who couldn't have been more helpful. Good location, close to the town centre with nice views. We used the spa during our stay which was very good but the staff were rather fierce when we arrived and actually sat us down and told us off because we asked reception to book it for us :=( Disappointed in the breakfast, asked for scrambled eggs the first day and they were more like mashed up fried egg. poor and overpriced. Walked out to nearby cafes for breakfast the rest of the week which were excellent and better value for money. Disappointing that the bar closed at 11 and no room service after 11.30 either.

Muy satisfecha con este hotel, recientemente reformado, muy bonito y admite mascotas, yo viajé con la mía y le pusieron colchoneta, bebedero y comedero, Algo importante para mí, el baño con buena luz (permite maquillarte bien ;) ) y espejo de aumento. Seguro que si vuelvo a la isla me volveré a alojar ahí.

El hotel muy bien situado en una zona tranquila, poco aparcamiento libre pero tiene parking de pago que está bien de precio 15€ por 24horas
En relación al interior es perfecto, bien decorado todo limpio, mucha tranquilidad, y buenas vistas

Escogimos este hotel por su ubicación privilegiada sobre el puerto de Mahón y, efectivamente, es un placer desayunar descubriendo los mil detalles del inmenso puerto mahonés. Pero, nos sorprendio aún más gratamente la calidad del servicio, desde la recepción hasta el servicio de habitaciones pasando por el personal que atiende el comedor quienes nos atendieron nos prestaron una atención excelente, profesional, servicial y nunca servil. Si volvemos a Mahón, sabemos donde ir.
