Excellent stay in this superbly located lodge on the edge of the lake and completely renovated. Very warm atmosphere thanks to the manager and all the staff who do their utmost to satisfy customers. Everything is perfect, balanced and refined cuisine served on the plate, entertainment that meets our expectations, varied both sporting and festive. We recommend without hesitation.

I had an exceptional stay. The lodge is 2 steps from the lake. The view is magnificent. The staff is very friendly. Everything is included, food, paddle, theme evenings, guided hikes... This hotel is catastrophic, it's not worth the price. I went with my husband and our 8 month old baby, reservation made for two adults and a child. We arrived at 3 p.m. no bath linen available because not yet washed, we received the linen at the end of the day still damp, the room no air conditioning an oven, we have a double bed for 3, no travel cot nothing. We hear all the noise from the other rooms, the corridors. The shower overflows because it is blocked, risk of falling +++ The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The breakfast is especially not worth its price because at 9:15 a.m. half of the things are no longer available, knowing that it only ends at 10 a.m.

If the room is spacious and pleasant, with a beautiful view of the lake, and the breakfast is copious, the rest leaves something to be desired. Indeed, (is it due to a lack of staff?) but first we had to wait half an hour upon our arrival with several other guests for someone to appear at the reception, it was 5 p.m. We had to go up to get a member of staff on the floors! They seemed overwhelmed, some rooms were not ready. Then, no towels in the bathroom (well it's not a big deal, they were brought to us quickly once requested.), but above all, NO duvet cover, this one was stuck between 2 sheets! I have never seen that! And the big downside for us is that the toilet bowl was stained with dried urine and the shower walls were dirty! We had the impression that the cleaning had been done in a hurry! In summary, a nice location but the quality is not there.

We had a room which was very basic and old. Very poor for the price and not good value. We also had a room with a massive tree in front of the windows. When we asked if we could possibly move to a room with a better view was advised the rooms with a good vein were dirty and the cleaner had gone home. You would think if they were actually focused on the guests they would allocate best, not worst, rooms first. Don’t stay here!

Mon mari et moi sommes venus pour nos 10ans de mariage . Un séjour qui restera gravé. Cadre très agréable, le personnel aux petits soins. Un grand merci à l’assistante de direction Laura qui a tout fait pour rendre ce séjour parfait . A refaire .

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans un appartement de l’hôtel! C’était juste incroyable le cadre est reposant est idyllique. L’hôtel est très calme et très proche du centre d’Annecy. Une literie De qualité. Nous avons été accueillis par la directrice, une charmante dame à l’écoute et très serviable. Elle s’est pliée en 15 Pour nous. Nous la remercions D’avoir fait de notre séjour des vacances de rêve !

Impossible de savoir si l'hotel est bien: réservation annulée sans raison alors qu'elle avait été réglée en Mars. Comportement inadmissible pour un établissement qui se prétend professionnel. Attention vous pourrez vous retrouver sans chambre malgré une réservation.
