Me, my dad and his friends stayed here the day before and day of the 2024 total solar eclipse. We had a ceaseless check in and check out and I had a great night's sleep. We were staying in a double king suite and my bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast here too. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Thank you Janet!

Our family traveled from various states to Mentor and the Residence Inn for a family funeral. While the occasion was incredibly sad for us, my sisters and I were made to feel so welcome by the staff and our Suite was a very comfortable home away from home. One employee, in particular was incredible to us -- Janet -- you are such a star! You welcomed us as family and we appreciated so much, visiting with you... for those moments, the sadness of our trip was lifted. Residence Inn, and Marriott are very lucky to have you! And we are so happy to have spent time with you. Thank you again for making a sad occasion a lot lighter. PS -- the waffles were yummy!

We recently had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn. We had a few families staying there for a funeral and the staff was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Debbie and Xavier were so sweet at check-in and offered their condolences. They made sure we had everything we needed. Janet always took care of us for breakfast. Honestly she felt like family, my son even wanted to hug her goodbye. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. The rooms themselves were super spacious. We loved gathering in the lobby area. It was cozy with the fireplace and we enjoyed meeting our family there in the evenings. Thank you, Residence Inn, for taking such great care of us.
