What an absolute treat! Stunning location, superb staff, clean as a whistle and the view from the balcony room is amazing. The room is a small double but with the French windows onto the generous balcony open that didn’t matter at all. Good value. Great food. Some of the thickest and most luxurious towels ever encountered! Attentive without being intrusive the staff were spot on.

Absolute disappoin**ent how we was treated we payed for a room a week before we was about to go on the day the money went back in the bank so we had no room they did not email or ring to tell us so we had to find something else then 9.30 that night they have the check to take the money back out my bank we ring them up to see why and we get this very clever man on the other end who would not do a refund and did not want to know no because they have had there money so be very careful people when booking this wellington inn would not recommend to anyone want shutting down doing that to people disgusting people

Wonderful welcoming real fire! Lovely bar and restaurant! Steak Pie second to none! Room beautiful and clean,fresh and quiet. Views stunning. Enjoyed a stroll to the very pretty village too. Many thanks to all the great staff! Would definitely go back!

Not been for 2 years always been nice and plenty of choice but booked for Sunday lunch we were in the restaurant not full . The lunch was ok but nothing special but expensive for what it was The parsnips were extra wich is standard on a Sunday lunch and the mixed vegetables were bulked up by courgettes.

The location is beautiful and pub is welcoming with open fire .Staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very good and plenty of it.internet service was bad.The room was very small and few electric sockets.It was a shame as room let it down

A cosy welcoming inn with a beautiful log fire. Sensibly dogs welcome in certain areas. We had Sunday Lunch followed by deserts; all were superb and generous portions. The cask beer, Bol**aker, was in really good nick. We were served by six different members of staff, all were fantastic, service was 11/10.

We decided on a weekend away and picked The Wellington Inn at ramdom and im glad we did because , The location was amazing The Hotel was brilliant The food was delicious The Staff friendly and Welcoming The Bed was comfy The Room was spotlessly clean The Shower was perfect Slight tiny criticism Tv Channels in room not many ! Room was cold on arrival We would definitely stay here again if vusiting Harrogate / yorkshire Came away fresh and ready for Monday

We had a wonderful stay this weekend at the Wellington Inn. Our room was very clean, comfortable with beautiful views of Nidderdale. The food is delicious, so difficult to choose what to have! Plus the warm welcome from the staff team, made our stay very special. We will be returning.

We made an impromptu visit after seeing the pub on our way back from a lovely New Year’s Day walk at Scar House Reservoir. What a find! I think we were fairly lucky to get a table as it was getting busy and we hadn’t booked, but service was great. There were 5 of us, ordering food ranging from sandwiches, to fish and chips and the kids menu. The kids menu was particularly great- not your average chicken nuggets and chips rubbish- where my little girl ordered a freshly cooked fish and chips. Not the cheapest of restaurants/pubs but didn’t mind paying that little extra for really well cooked food at a lovely, country pub. Thank you for a lovely start to the new year to all the ‘Welly’. ☺️
